One of the things that are very good about “Alioni-99” Ltd. is their quick responsiveness and ability to learn. They have maintained a reasonable contact either through travel or through variety of other media, reasonable contact with Western building practices, with Western techniques, Western product.

I think “Alioni” having a variety of skill sets, let’s say, many departments and the ability to do and perform construction in a variety of disciplines is an advantage. As an architectural and construction Company they are able to provide if not the services directly certainly qualified overside for any subcontractor that would require particularly specific type of operations but by and large “Alioni” is able to perform a full spectrum given a complete construction project they are able to provide a full spectrum of services in the design, specification and the actual construction.

I would certainly recommend a Western Company, Investor, for one thing, because I, for many of the reasons that I have talked about earlier in that “Alioni” is a growing Company, a Company that is familiar with Western practices and standards.

I feel that there is room for growth within the Company and I think providing investment and providing some additional confidence in this Company would actually bring that about
